ANGER
Written, Directed, Produced, Shot, and Edited by Alvin Lo, this brooding noir short follows a detective chasing the ghost of a case that refuses to rest. Another murder. Another body. This time, left with a note bearing a single word: “ANGER.” As the pieces begin to align, the detective brings in a suspect, gripped by the conviction that he’s face to face with the answer - or something far more dangerous.
Between December 2024 and February 2025, I worked alongside the talented team at Nova Motions Productions, taking on various supporting roles across three very different projects. In the short film RIVALS (2024, Alvin Lo), I played a bitter chef clashing with a former friend during a high-stakes culinary competition. In the music video How Do I Say Goodbye (2025, Camila Espino Fernández), I portrayed a university student grappling with his father’s declining health. ANGER marked my most involved performance during this period, playing the lead suspect in a noir murder mystery built around tension, ambiguity, and control.
